"Stay Connected," John 15: 18, Pastor Marvin G Spence
Believers are expected to share spiritual gifts with others which represent the Lord's teaching and our Christ-changed lifestyle. Sharing our spiritual fruits with others is caring and caring can be wearing unless we maintain a consistent connection to His Holy Spirit. Jesus uses the illustration of fruit and its relationship to the vine to explain productive Christian living. Healthy fruit is attractive, beneficial and consumed while damaged fruit is unattractive, overlooked and unused. For fruit to be healthy it needs nourishment from the vine, similarly our spiritual fruit receives its nourishment from the Holy Spirit and His Word. Our spiritual fruit is a renewable resource when we remain connected to the Lord. Have you shared any fruit lately?
