"Lifted from the Worst Circumstances," Luke 24: 1-12; Pastor Marvin G Spence
God is ever-present in all circumstances, including our worst situations. When we suffer loss of loved ones, financial uncertainty, health declines or mental health challenges, we may feel "dead;" cut-off from family, friends and God. As Believers we must to continue cry out to His Holy Spirit for relief and repair, knowing from past faith experience, the Lord will provide a breakthrough and victory. We should not allow "stones" of doubt or denial to deceive us into thinking that the Lord has forgotten us or that the situation is beyond repair. Reflect on Philippians 4: 13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Rethink your circumstances; don't them hinder you from the Lord's provision and protection. Is anything too hard for God? This perspective will provide you with the faith to trust God regardless of the situation. Share your faith victories with others who see only the worst circumstances and need encouragement to realize that God is ever-present. Call on Him.
